This OST album includes 'Honjeongyeonseo' by Winter of aespa, which lyrically and magnificently depicts the passionate love of the main characters, 'Dansimga' by Ailee, which means a song of a single red heart, and 'Let's Never Break Up Again', a duet by ITZY's Lia and actor Choo Young-woo, which depicts the love between two people that transcends social classes.

Also included are Danny Koo's instrumental piece 'THE TALE OF LADY OK', which resembles Ok Tae-young's (Lim Ji-yeon) humanity and elegance, and Beom-jin's 'The Reason for Love', which honestly and deeply conveys the big and true feelings toward each other.
