The first round of recruitment was held at the end of 23 years and the period ended.
We're recruiting for the second batch.
It looks like they're recruiting members individually now.
In January, Jinjin recruited a fan club.
In February, Sanha started recruiting for their fan club.
In March, MJ hosted it.
There is also the issue of military enlistment, and since it focuses on individual activities, I think it is run as a personal fan club.
It's a shame that Astro isn't very active.
