Singer G-Dragon indirectly confessed how he felt at the time when he was embroiled in drug use rumors.

On the 30th, G-Dragon, who is preparing for his solo comeback, appeared as a guest on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' (hereafter referred to as 'You Quiz').

On this day, G-Dragon said about the album he released before enlisting in the military, “I wanted to introduce myself to people. I wanted to say that the singer GD is the person Kwon Ji Yong, so I released the album ‘Kwon Ji Yong’ in 2017. It’s an album that contains extremely personal stories, but I also wanted to make sure that not many people know about it.”

He continued, “It’s been quite a while since I listened to ‘One Day at a Time’ and ‘Lies,’ but the ‘Kwon Ji Yong’ album doesn’t sound like a song, but a story. Now that too has passed and my mind has cleared up, but I experienced it at that age and now I’m more relaxed, for the sake of my health, and my face, impression, and speech have probably changed compared to before. Previously, G-Dragon was in the news last year with suspicions of being involved in a drug use incident. At the time, entertainment establishment worker A, who was indicted on charges of blackmailing the late Lee Sun-kyun, mentioned G-Dragon during a police investigation, and the police immediately began an investigation. G-Dragon voluntarily appeared at the police station for questioning, and was cleared of the charges when the National Forensic Service's detailed test results showed no drug components.
