[talk] Rosé, After Leaving YG, "I Had No Confidence... But Blackpink Members Supported Me Fully"

In an interview with American fashion magazine 'Paper Magazine', she revealed the process of preparing for the release of her first full-length solo album 'rosie'.

Rosé's upcoming album is her first since her solo contract with YG Entertainment ended in December of last year. After the final show of BLACKPINK's Born Pink tour at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul in September of last year, the members decided to pursue individual activities.

Rosé, who has walked her own path for the first time since her time with BLACKPINK, said, "This album was a fight with myself," and added, "I had a lot of expectations and anxiety at the beginning of working on the album, but when I played the finished song, my friends cheered me on and gave me strength."
