Lisa said about her solo activities, "At first, I was scared and nervous, but now it's fun. The fans' reactions heal me. It's like they're saying, 'You did really well. '"

"I always rap in BLACKPINK because I'm a rapper. But forget it, this is an opportunity for me to show the world what I can do," he said of his expanded musical spectrum.

Lisa also showed affection for the full group BLACKPINK, which announced a comeback in 2025, saying, "We know each other so well and how much energy we have to put into every project. We're still close."
