BLACKPINK's Rosé shared an honest story about experiencing burnout amidst her busy schedule and revealed a special moment when she overcame it.
Rosé, who appeared on the YouTube channel 'Jipdaeseong' on the 5th, had a candid conversation about the difficult times she went through due to burnout and the enlightenment she found during it.
Rosé recalled, “I thought I was mature while immersed in my work, but at some point, I felt like my mind stopped.” He had been running nonstop through continuous work, but he took a step back when he felt the need for time to take care of himself. “I also needed to learn how to rest. I realized that I had to take responsibility for myself,” he said.
After going through a physically and mentally difficult time dealing with burnout and shingles at the same time, Rosé eventually realized she needed to take a break to take care of herself.
Rosé said that through this experience, she learned an important lesson: "You have to learn how to rest as if it were work," and vowed to pay more attention to taking care of herself in a healthy way in the future.
