Warner Records announced on social media on the 29th, “We are thrilled to welcome Jisoo, a Korean superstar who has been active as a singer, actress, and member of the historic group BLACKPINK, to the Warner Records family.”

Along with this, Jisoo's new Warner Records profile picture was attached.

American music media Billboard also reported that Jisoo signed a contract with Warner Records and will be pursuing solo activities.

Jisoo said, “I feel like it’s just getting started. I’m grateful for all the love and support from BLINKs (BLACKPINK’s fandom name),” and “I’m excited to start this incredible moment with Warner Records.”

Jisoo will be releasing her first solo mini-album, 'AMORTAGE', on February 14th. This will be Jisoo's first solo album in two years and her first album that isn't a single.

Jisoo is expected to target the global market with Warner Records. Jisoo's last solo activity, 'Flower', achieved significant results on global charts.
