BLACKPINK officially announced their 2025 world tour on the 6th. YG Entertainment posted the 'BLACKPINK 2025 WORLD TOUR TEASER' on their official blog on the 6th. BLACKPINK will be reuniting for the first time in approximately 1 year and 5 months since their 'BORN PINK' tour.

Specific information such as the scale and schedule of the tour have not been released yet. The agency said, “As General Producer Yang Hyun-suk personally announced BLACKPINK’s comeback, major plans including the world tour are proceeding without a hitch.”

BLACKPINK set a new world tour record for a K-pop girl group by mobilizing an audience of over 1.8 million through their 'BORN PINK' tour, which took place over 66 shows in 34 cities from October 2022.

YG added, “In order to support BLACKPINK’s wide-ranging group activities this year, we have set up a separate project organization internally, and preparations for their comeback are progressing quickly.”
