The title song 'Hope Torture' from the pre-release album PRE-RELEASE '1991' of Lee Chang-seop's first full-length album '1991', which was released at 6 PM on the 2nd, announced a brisk start by ranking high in the real-time charts of major domestic music sites such as Melon, Genie, and Bugs.
