Previously, BTOB members Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Lim Hyunsik, and Peniel established the label 'BTOB Company'. BTOB Company also completed an agreement with Cube Entertainment regarding the use of the trademark for the group name 'BTOB', allowing them to continue activities under the existing group name 'BTOB' through smooth consultation.
