BTS's RM revealed through a fan communication platform that he had contemplated disbanding and halting team activities several times ahead of their full group comeback.
He cited love and respect for the members and fans as reasons for continuing the group, and said that a new album is almost ready.
He also explained that the comeback date had been set for next year due to the need for more preparation regarding his post-discharge activities, and apologized to fans who had waited for him, promising that he would definitely return.
