Jung-gu, Seoul announced on the 11th that it is currently running a program introducing famous landmarks and restaurants in the district to coincide with BTS member Jungkook's 'Golden: The Moments' exhibition, which is being held in Myeongdong for a month starting on August 30th.

Myeongdong Art Breeze, a K-culture complex cultural space, opened the first and second floors as a resting area for visitors during the period of Jeongguk's photo exhibition. The third floor was decorated as a K-culture space where visitors can experience Korean refreshments and traditional culture.

During the period of the Jungkook photo exhibition, the existing K-pop dance classes will be expanded and a meditation healing program will be specially opened. Advance reservations will be accepted. K-pop dance classes will be held every day of the week, and meditation classes will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

A one-day class is held on Wednesdays specifically for foreigners, where they can learn K-pop dance and K-makeup for free. An instructor from One Million Dance Studio will teach K-pop dance, and a makeup instructor from Yerang Production will teach the secrets of K-makeup.

You can also experience K-culture at Beauty Play, a complex cultural space for beauty, and Hiker Ground, which has various content such as K-pop music video production and domestic tourism multi-experience zone.

Jung-gu operates a walking tour guide program that provides a glimpse into the history and culture of Myeongdong. It is a walking course of about an hour and includes an experience program for foreign tourists in addition to the existing Myeongdong history and culture course. Foreigners can apply on the 3rd floor of Myeongdong Art Breeze.

Starting from Myeongdong Art Breeze, you can tour Myeongdong UNESCO Hall, Myeongdong Art Theater, and Myeongdong Cathedral along the wall of the Chinese Embassy, ​​and hear various stories related to the historical Myeongdong, not just the shopping and tourism-oriented Myeongdong, with a guide. There is also a course where you can experience K-beauty at 'Beauty Play'.

An event will also be held until November 3rd, where those who visit a BTS-related location and post a certified photo on Jung-gu Office's Instagram will be entered into a raffle to win a gift certificate worth 10,000 won to three people every day.

The area around Seoul Station as seen from Seoullo 7017, which was an elevated highway reborn as a park for citizens, is famous for its night view. At the end of Seoullo 7017 is Jungridan-gil, which is lined with delicious restaurants, and Yakhyeon Catholic Church, the first Western-style brick church in Korea.
