근데 뭐 확인과정에 팬이 실수한 부분이 있을지도 모르겠지만 이게 환불로 끝날일인가 싶기도..... 얼마나 힘들게 티켓팅해서 시간들여 그곳을 갔을텐데 그날의 하루일정과 공연장에서 겪었던 억울함과 아쉬움은 누가 보상한단 말인가;;;;

The refund target is the audience who purchased tickets for the first week of fan meetings and whose entry was restricted due to inability to verify their identity, and can receive a refund of the full ticket price and shipping fee. Refund applications can be made through Yes24 from July 23 to 27, and JYP stated that they will make efforts to prevent recurrence.
