The people eligible for the refund this time are the people who purchased tickets for the first week of the Day6 fan meeting, but the audience members who were restricted from entering due to the excessive identity verification procedures at the venue are not included in the refund for the tickets that were transferred through ticket checks. The refund amount is the full ticket price including shipping fees.

“We once again deeply apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused to the audience due to our recent performance management policy. We recognize the seriousness and problems of the matter and will strive to show an improved image to prevent a recurrence,” he said.
