A student was unable to enter because he forgot his student ID.

There was a post saying that the employee asked to see the student record book.

It became a huge issue

In the end, JYP, the agency, asked about the excessive identity verification requirements.

He uploaded an apology saying he was sorry ㅠㅠ

They even said they would handle the refund process... but still

I think the agency responded well.
