The band Day6, actors Hwang Jung-min and Kim Tae-ri, and 'Black and White Chef' and 'Jeongnyeon-i' were selected as the MVPs of the 'K-Culture Trend Forum'.

The 'K-Culture Trend Forum' will be held in July at the Amore Hall on the 2nd floor of the Amorepacific headquarters. The Amorepacific Foundation (Chairman Suh Kyung-bae) will host the event, and the Culture Code Institute (Director Jung Min-ah) and Kyunghee University's K-Culture and Story Content Institute (Director Ahn Sung-beom) will host the event. The event will be sponsored by the Korea Creative Content Agency, the Academy of Korean Studies, the National Research Foundation of Korea, and Midas Books. The event will summarize popular culture in 2024 and forecast future trends.

The 'K-Culture Trend Forum' announced the MVPs of each field and announced its official start. In the popular music field, Day6 was selected. "Day6, who can be considered the 'reverse run' artist of the year with music that adopts a slow rock style, is the case that best shows the situation of Korean popular music in 2024, where the number of K-pop artists adopting the band format is increasing," is the reason for selecting Day6.
