In the spring of March, DAY6 released their full album 'Fourever'. Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon, who returned to DAY6 after a hiatus, thanked fans who had waited for them with the title song 'Welcome to the Show' and invited them to a new chapter of DAY6. They will hold a solo concert 'DAY6 CONCERT' for three days from April 12th to 14th.

The summer was filled with the passion of DAY6, the 'band that sings of youth'. DAY6's songs full of comfort have become a comma for everyone running towards their goals. At the '2024 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO All-Star Game' performance in July, the group's representative songs 'You Were Pretty', 'To Be A Page', and 'Welcome to the Show' were sung, decorating the summer nights with lyrics of support. During the broadcast of the Paris Olympics held in July and August, 'Welcome to the Show' was frequently heard, and like the lyrics "I'll give it my all", it decorated the journey of the athletes with relief and joy after giving their all, garnering much sympathy for the 'story created by DAY6'.

In the fall of 2024, DAY6 reached a career high. The title song 'Melting' from the mini album 'Band Aid' released on September 2nd topped the Melon Top 100 chart for the first time. In addition to recording a long-run at No. 1 on the Top 100 chart, it swept the Melon daily and weekly charts, proving that, as Young K, who wrote the lyrics, said, 'the power to endure the cold world with a warm word, a hug', reached many people. Furthermore, the main character that ended 'Melting''s No. 1 streak was DAY6's 'HAPPY'. With the lyrics, "I want to smile every day. I want to be worry-free. Can someone please tell me the answer?", 'HAPPY' conveyed an earnest cry for everyone's happiness, and after its release in March, 'HAPPY' reversed the charts through word of mouth, took over the No. 1 baton, and topped the Melon monthly chart in September.

At the beginning of winter, Sungjin's first solo album was released. Sungjin marked the end of DAY6's solo debut by releasing his first full-length album '30' on November 5th. The album, which contains a total of 10 songs about his experiences up until turning 30, is filled with sincerity as he personally worked on all the songs. In particular, the title song 'Check Pattern' draws sympathy for the 'subtle excitement, warm image of everyday winter' he felt, expressing emotions that will warmly embrace him until the winter that will soon come.
