Day6 proved their popularity this year by winning the grand prize at the '2024 KGMA'
At the '2024 Korea Grand Music Awards' held at Incheon Inspire Arena on the 17th, they won the grand prize '2024 Grand Performer' trophy and also won the 'Best Band' and 'Best Song' categories, achieving three consecutive wins.
I think this year was really Day6's year.
In their acceptance speech, Day6 said, “Thanks to My Day (fandom name: My Day), we were able to win three awards. It’s amazing, and it feels great. It’s been going on since the last time, and we’ve come this far, so I’m really grateful. I thought a lot about how I could make music and perform with you all, so I’m happy that we were able to receive such a big award. I hope you all are happy, and let’s always live healthy and happily.”
Both albums that came out this year were very popular, and all the songs on the album were lined up on music charts, so I think they were really popular.
