The band Day6 has been named in the TOP 10 of the 'Melon Music Awards 2024'.

On November 30th at 5 PM, the 'Melon Music Awards 2024' (MMA 2024) was held at the Inspire Arena in Jung-gu, Incheon.

After repeatedly climbing the charts this year with "You Were Beautiful" and more, DAY6 also took over the charts with their new song and became the first Korean band to enter Gocheok Sky Dome. They were selected as the winners of the TOP 10 award, which is given to 10 teams that shined this year.

DAY6 expressed their joy, saying, “We are thankful to have won TOP10 and MILLIONS TOP10. Our album 'Band Aid,' which was released last September, achieved one million streams within 24 hours of its release, making us eligible to enter Melon's Hall of Fame and winning MILLIONS TOP10.”

He continued, “I think the reason our music was able to receive so much love is because of the love sent to us by many people, including MyDay (DAY6’s fandom name) who were with us at every moment. I know that words aren’t enough to express my gratitude, but I will continue to make music that can make everyone happy, just like I have done so far.”
