On the 9th, the Golden Disc Awards office announced, "On January 4th, DAY6, I.T.L, and Aespa will appear on stage at the '39th Golden Disc Awards', and on January 5th, Now A Days, Seventeen, I'be, Enhypen, GFriend, Yuqi ((G)I-DLE), and Izuna (in alphabetical order) will appear on stage."

DAY6, appearing on January 4th, will be appearing for the first time on Golden Disc. DAY6, the main characters behind the reverse run of “Be A Page” and “You Were Pretty,” swept the major music charts with their new song “Welcome to the Show” released in March and “Melt” released in September, becoming the “icon of the regular run.” Their solo concert to be held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on December 20th and 21st sold out early. They proved their global popularity that has grown throughout the year by continuously selling out their overseas concerts in Singapore, Bangkok, etc. After having the best year ever, DAY6 will be celebrating a special 10th anniversary at Golden in the new year of Eulsa.
