SM Entertainment vs. Big Planet Lawsuit 'Signal Flare'… SM Files Contract Performance Lawsuit Against ChenBaekXi

According to a comprehensive report from the Law Times on the 13th, SM filed a lawsuit demanding performance of contract against Chen (real name Kim Jong-dae), Baekhyun (real name Byun Baek-hyun), and Xiumin (real name Kim Min-seok) at the Seoul Eastern District Court the previous day.

It has been reported that the complaint submitted by SM Entertainment contains the content that they can no longer tolerate Baekhyun's irrational behavior and therefore filed a lawsuit primarily to demand performance of the agreement.
