[All] Reasons for lawsuit by three former members of Fifty Fifty

Former members of group Fifty Fifty have revealed why they filed a lawsuit against Attract.

The three former members of Fifty Fifty (Sana, Sio, and Aran) announced on August 28 that "on August 23, we filed a counterclaim for 13 billion won in damages against Attract (CEO Jeon Hong-jun)."

They explained, "The purpose of this counterclaim is not simply to receive a portion of the missing settlement money from the three members," and "Before determining the truth of the 13 billion won in damages claimed by Attract, we judged that it is important and necessary to clearly organize the expenditures of each member related to their past entertainment activities as a priority, and this is a legal action based on that judgment."

In addition, they said, "After the injunction request to suspend the validity of the exclusive contract filed against Attract was dismissed, the law firm in charge conducted an additional review and confirmed the overall income details, so we are proceeding with the related procedures." They added, "To this day, the three members are still involved in the related lawsuit without receiving any transparent settlement details from Attract."

He added, "We would like to inform you that the main trial scheduled for tomorrow (the 29th) has been changed to a later date based on the court's decision to reallocate the cases."

Meanwhile, those who debuted as a member of the group Fifty Fifty in November 2022 filed an application for an injunction to suspend the validity of their exclusive contract, claiming negligence on the part of their agency Attract, just 7 months after their debut, and recently announced news of an exclusive contract with OK Company.
