[How to proceed]
■ Fan signing event
1. Only winners will be given a number to attend the autograph session through a random drawing after verifying their identity at the autograph session location 1 hour before the event starts. Enter the venue 30 minutes before the event and proceed in the order of your number.
2. Those who participate in the autograph session must bring a physical ID card that includes their name, age, and photo. If your ID is not verified, you will not be able to participate in the autograph session, and if the applicant's name is different from the name on the ID, you will not be able to attend the autograph session. (Koreans must write in Korean, and foreigners must write in English as shown on their passport.)
* Please make sure to check the identification criteria below when confirming winners.
- Domestic minors: Elementary, middle, or high school student ID, passport, nationally recognized certificate with date of birth, etc.
- Foreign adults: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport
- All foreigners: Passport with validity period not yet expired
- ‘Student ID (including university student ID)’ of customers other than domestic minors is not accepted.
- Only a physical ID card can be used for verification. Photos, copies, apps, etc. of the ID card cannot be used.
3. Album signing is only allowed on the inside of the photobook included in (G)I-DLE's 7th Mini Album [I SWAY]. Signing is not allowed on photocards, CDs, or other items you have prepared.
4. Fan signing events can be entered through multiple entries or proxy purchases, but only the winner can participate. This event cannot be transferred, and if discovered, participation in the event will be prohibited.
5. You may not move around during the fan signing event or set up a tripod in a location other than your own. If you leave your assigned seat, you may be asked to leave, so please make sure to sit in your assigned seat.
6. During the fan signing event, external movement (such as using the restroom) is restricted.
7. Please note that if you demand excessive language or unreasonable behavior from the artist, you may be stopped or removed from the venue by the on-site staff.
8. Please arrive at the venue 20 minutes before the autograph session begins, and after entering, please attach the name tag given to you by the staff to your album.
9. When participating in the autograph session, please participate in the order of your number. If you do not line up in line according to your number or do not follow the instructions of the on-site staff, you may not be able to participate in the event. We are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise from not standing in line according to your number, and you must follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
10. Please note that To. can only be entered using your real name (Korean or English).
11. Only post-its with the page number for autographs and “To.” can be attached to the inside of the album. Post-its with questions other than the name cannot be attached either. Please understand that if a question is written on the inside of the album itself, that page cannot be signed and will be moved to a random page. (In order to ensure smooth progress of the event, no comments, pictures, or PS other than the name will be attached.)
12. If you are caught broadcasting live on SNS at the autograph session, you will be removed from the venue.
13. At the request of the event organizer, confetti, firecrackers, bubbles, liquids, etc. are not allowed inside the event venue.
14. If you are caught recording or filming on stage during a face-to-face autograph session, the data will be deleted and you will be asked to leave.
15. All gifts except letters cannot be delivered, and fan signing event props must be collected after the event ends. Please note that any props that are not collected will be discarded. (Props that are difficult to wear or take a lot of time to wear (costumes, etc.) may be restricted at the discretion of the on-site staff for the sake of smooth event progress.)
16. Selfie sticks and tripods may only be installed in their own seats. If they exceed the appropriate height and cause inconvenience to other visitors, you may be asked to stop using them.
17. The use of flash, AF assist light, and strobe light is prohibited when taking pictures.
18. Drinking alcohol before and during the autograph session is prohibited. If you drink alcohol while entering, you will be denied entry, and if you drink alcohol during the event, you may be forced to leave.
19. If you leave the autograph session venue without permission, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

■ Video call event
1. The event will be held using the KakaoTalk ID you provided. (ID cannot be changed after application)
* If the submitted KakaoTalk ID and mobile phone number do not match, event progress may be restricted.
2. After the artist and winner conduct a video call event for a set period of time, the call will end after the set period of time has passed. If the winner does not end the call, the staff may forcibly end the call. Unreasonable requests or personal questions to the artist are not allowed, and if the content of the call is deemed inappropriate, the event may be stopped or participation may be restricted, so we ask for your cooperation.
3. During a video call, only one winner should appear on the screen. If someone other than you participates in the video call or someone else participates in your place, the video call may be forcibly terminated.
4. Before the event starts, we will send you a KakaoTalk message in advance to inform you of the start of the event. If you are not contacted more than twice during the video call, you will not be able to participate in the event. The order of the video call cannot be changed due to the winner's circumstances, so please check the event schedule and participate.
5. To ensure smooth progress, please refrain from sending calls to the event location. (Participation in the event will be restricted if you send calls in reverse.)
6. If the winner's network environment causes unstable connection or continuous disconnection, it may be difficult to proceed with the event, so please check your network environment in advance.
7. An identification verification process may be conducted before the event begins, so winners are requested to prepare an ID.
* Verifiable identification: Verification is not possible with any identification other than the one provided.
- Foreigners: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth ID (student ID, youth ID only applies to foreign minors)
- Foreigners: Passport with validity period not yet expired
8. To. Only the winner's real name can receive the prize, and for foreigners, only the English name on the passport can be used. In order to ensure smooth operation of the event, no post-its or PS will be used, and only the winner's name and signature will be used.

■ Things to note when applying
* We are obtaining individual consent from each participant regarding all matters related to the event (information on products that cannot be cancelled, delivery period, etc.) prior to purchase. Please understand that if you do not consent to even one item, you will not be able to participate in the event.
1. When ordering, you must enter the information of the applicant who will participate in the additional event collection items (Face-to-face event: Participant's real name, phone number, date of birth / Video call event: Participant's real name, phone number, date of birth, KakaoTalk ID) to complete the application.
- Please note that the announcement of winners will also be made based on the information entered in the event collection items field.
- Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's Korean or English name are the same.
2. Only the winner can participate in the event, and changes to contact information and information are not possible after application, so please make sure to enter accurate information. If you entered incorrect applicant information, please cancel and re-purchase before the application deadline.
3. When entering applicant information, please enter information for only one person per order. If you enter information for more than one person, only the first person you enter will be accepted.
4. When entering the KakaoTalk ID, which is the information for participating in the video call event, please enter an ID that can be searched for by KakaoTalk friends, not an email address. (Create and confirm in KakaoTalk Profile > Profile Management > Add Friends > KakaoTalk ID)
5. If the purchaser is a minor (applies to those born in 2006 or later), please proceed with careful purchase with the consent of a legal representative (parent, etc.). We will provide advance notice of this information and obtain individual consent at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds and cancellations are not possible for any reason in the future.

■ Other notes
1. Products purchased for the purpose of participating in the event during the application period cannot be cancelled or refunded after the application period ends.
* Cancellations can be made before the event application deadline, and if you cancel, you will be excluded from the application. The product will be drawn based on the payment completion time, and even if there is a basic payment deadline on the site, if payment is not made before the end of sales, it will be automatically cancelled.
2. Multiple and proxy entries are allowed for event participation, but proxy participation is absolutely prohibited and only the winner can participate. (We are not responsible for any problems arising from proxy entries or personal transactions.)
3. After the winners are announced, changes to the name and contact information through the customer center are absolutely not allowed. Please make sure to check your name and contact information before applying. Foreigners must apply using their Korean or English name.
4. This event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice depending on the organizer's circumstances.
5. In order to ensure a smooth event, we ask for your cooperation. In addition to the information provided above, staff may restrict you if they determine that you are excessively disrupting the event.
6. Event products are products for which withdrawal of subscription (cancellation and refund after the application deadline) is not possible. Please check the relevant information before purchasing, and please understand that if you do not agree, you will not be able to participate in the event. Minor customers must purchase products with the consent of their legal representative.
7. When applying for an event, personal information is collected and provided as follows to check for duplicate winners and to proceed with the event.
