I've been watching Yoona-nim's acting since dawn, and it's great to see her acting improve and grow so much.

When you think of Im Yoon-ah, her cheerful face comes to mind. She delivered comedic performances with a pure face in the films "Cooperation" (2017) and "Exit" (2019).
This time, I'm playing a character who alternates between good and evil. I've taken on the challenge of dual acting. By day, I'm a pure and ordinary person, but by night, I transform into a bizarre demon.
The production team for the film "The Devil Has Moved In" held a press conference and preview at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall on the 9th. Im Yoon-ah, Ahn Bo-hyun, Joo Hyun-young, and director Lee Sang-geun were in attendance.
"The Devil Has Moved In" is a fantasy comedy. It tells the story of Seon-ji (Im Yoon-ah), who transforms into a demon at night, and Gil-gu (Ahn Bo-hyun), who tries to exorcise the demon from her body.
Im Yoon-ah worked with this director for the second time, following "Exit." She revealed her decision to work with him, saying, "At the time, I was very impressed by the director's attention to detail."
Im Yoon-ah plays Seon-ji. Seon-ji works at a bakery during the day. She's innocent and cautious. But every morning at 2 a.m., she unknowingly transforms into a demon.
In the drama, the prophet and the devil are diametrically opposed. Im Yoon-ah had to alternate between a gentle and thoughtful personality and a sudden, impulsive temperament.
He embodied the double life of Seonji with his signature, witty acting. First, he portrayed the two characters with distinctly different makeup and styling.
Im Yoon-ah explained, "During the day, I emphasized a clear and innocent styling and speech style," while "at night, I dressed up from head to toe in a flashy way. I also acted with a more exaggerated speech style."
He revealed his devilish face with a creepy laugh. "It wasn't easy from the beginning. It took a long period of practice," he confessed. "I worked hard to be able to laugh freely on set."
What resonated most with me were the characters' emotions. Seonji yearns for love, while the devil yearns for ascension. Im Yoon-ah emphasized, "I focused on conveying the sincerity of these two people."
The key point to watch is the chemistry between Gilgu and Seonji, and between Gilgu and the Devil. Gilgu and Seonji unfold a captivating love story. Their relationship with the Devil evolves from being enemies to being allies.
Ahn Bo-hyun praised Yoona, saying, "Yoona clearly portrayed the different aspects of day and night. Gil-gu meets Seon-ji and the devil and changes into a brighter personality. Thanks to Yoona, I was able to express the change better."
Im Yoon-ah said, "I saw the movie before the press conference," and smiled, "Gil-gu was great as both a prophet and a devil. I'm so satisfied that we were able to show such good chemistry."
The on-site atmosphere was also something to be proud of. Im Yoon-ah recalled, "Even though the filming lasted until dawn, we weren't tired. We had a great time talking about our characters, and we were always laughing."
Lastly, Ahn Bo-hyun said, "It's a movie you can watch comfortably and heal yourself," and added, "You can enjoy it with your family, friends, or lover."
The director said, "It contains a variety of genres, including thriller, melodrama, and romance," and added, "Therefore, the impressions may vary depending on the viewer. Please feel free to feel it."
Im Yoon-ah said, "This film is even more intense with director Lee's unique human stories and comedy," and asked for anticipation, saying, "You will be amazed by director Lee's signature sensibility."
'The Devil Has Moved In' will be released on the 13th.
