Actress Im Yoon-ah donated 100 million won to the Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation, her agency SM Entertainment announced on the 11th.

According to SM, Im Yoon-ah donated 100 million won, adding all the proceeds from the goods (fan merchandise) from the pop-up store 'So Wonderful Day' held in celebration of her birthday last May, from her own pocket.

Donations will be used to cover treatment costs for children suffering from pediatric cancer and rare and incurable diseases.

Im Yoon-ah became a member of the 'Honor Society', a group of high-value donors, in 2015, and has continued to donate to the year-end neighborly support fund and donate her talents every year since.

Im Yoon-ah, who debuted in 2007 as a member of the girl group Girls' Generation, is currently working as an actress, appearing in the drama 'King the Land', and the movies 'Exit' and 'Cooperation 1 and 2'.
