On this day, Melon Ticket said, “Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon will not be appearing at SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in SEOUL.”

“We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the change in cast.

“Cancellation and refund of reservations due to this can be done without cancellation fees through the reservation center’s customer center,” they said.

According to the notice, you can apply at Melon Ticket Customer Center by 7 PM on the 16th.

Cancellation and refund of reservations is possible without cancellation fees for received reservations.
