The '2024 Korean Festival' hosted by the Overseas Koreans Foundation and organized by KBS will be held to celebrate the first anniversary of the opening of the Overseas Koreans Foundation. Not only will 7 million overseas Koreans and Koreans from around the world come together to enjoy the festival, but they will also celebrate the first anniversary of the foundation and present meaningful performances that will give them a sense of identity and pride as Koreans.

Park Jun-hyung, who is of overseas Korean descent, is a Korean-American who immigrated as a child and grew up in the United States for over 20 years. He will lead the festival with his special chemistry with Kim Tae-woo, an all-round entertainer in the entertainment industry, based on their 25-year friendship.

The original broadcast will be broadcast on KBS1TV at 11:15 PM on Saturday, June 8. It will also be broadcast to 142 countries around the world through the KBS WORLD channel.
