This is Around Us Ent.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Light who always sends warm support and great love to Highlight.

As the number of serious violations of the privacy of Highlight members has recently increased, we would like to inform you of our company's position on this matter.

Acts that invade and threaten the privacy of artists, such as unauthorized visits to places related to the daily lives of Highlight members and waiting for them, waiting on the members' running courses and taking photos of the members without permission, and continuously waiting near the members' residences and forcibly attempting to contact the artists, are continuously occurring, and acts that infringe on the rights of artists are increasing.

Any act of unauthorized visits to places that are not officially announced or places related to the artist's private life, or acts of invasion of privacy such as forcibly touching the movements of Highlight members and taking photos and videos are illegal acts that can cause mental and material harm to not only the artist but also other people unrelated to the artist. We ask that you refrain from momentarily damaging your own and the artist's reputation and causing harm to others. If such acts continue, we will take clear legal action for invasion of privacy.

Once again, I would like to thank the Light members who truly cherish Highlight. I hope you finish the remaining 2024 well and take care not to catch a cold in the cold weather.
