Singer Lim Young-woong has been selected as a 'good star' by his fans, and the amount he has donated to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation has surpassed 100 million won.
According to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, with the addition of 2 million won in donations from Good Star in April, the total amount has been tallied at 101.98 million won.
Donations are used to cover treatment costs for children with pediatric cancer, leukemia, and rare and incurable diseases.
The Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation's surgical and hospital treatment cost support project provides a minimum of 5 million won and a maximum of 30 million won to children under 25 years of age who have been diagnosed with childhood cancer, leukemia, or a rare and incurable disease at the age of 19. This is used for surgical and hospital treatment costs, transplant costs, rare drugs, and the purchase of hospital assistive devices.
