[All] Heroic Age donated again

Singer Lim Young-woong's (33) fandom 'Woongwoong Era' has gathered warm hearts and started making donations.

The Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation announced on the 2nd, “Thanks to the enthusiastic participation of fans who support Lim Young-woong, the prize money of 2 million won from the Good Star May King of Mask Singer competition was donated in Lim Young-woong’s name to support emergency treatment costs for children with pediatric cancer, leukemia, and rare and incurable diseases.”

Good Star is a platform where fans take the initiative and participate in cheer voting, and donations are made in the star's name according to the ranking achieved. This donation, created through the warm cheering and support of the fan club Youngwoongsidae for Lim Youngwoong, is a representative example of love for music expanding into social value.

Including this donation, the total amount of donations made in Lim Young-woong's name amounts to 103.98 million won.

Donations will be used for the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation's emergency treatment cost support project. It will be used to support hospitalization costs, drug costs, and treatment-related incidental costs for families with children with cancer who are struggling due to the burden of treatment costs. The project focuses on helping families with children in financial crisis to focus solely on treatment.

Hong Seung-yoon, director of the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, said, “Lim Young-woong’s donation is providing real help to families with children who are having a hard time due to the burden of treatment costs. We support the future activities of singer Lim Young-woong, who is active as a center of good influence by consistently practicing sharing rather than stopping at a one-time thing.”

The charitable donations of Lim Young-woong's fans have continued. In March, when the damage from the wildfire in Gyeongnam Province was being supported, they donated about 600 million won. In addition, Lim Young-woong and his agency donated 400 million won, and the singer and his fandom donated about 1 billion won.
