He emphasized that reading books was a great help in writing lyrics and creating music, saying, “Nowadays, we have cell phones so we can do anything, but back then, I had nothing to do when I had free time, so I started reading books.”

 

Lim Young-woong then advised, “You should definitely read at least a few books when you go to the military,” and added, “I go to a cafe almost every day and have an hour of time alone. During that time, I developed the habit of writing lyrics while focusing solely on myself, whether I read a book or use my phone. That kind of time for self-immersion is necessary.”

 

I think this is really good advice.

I'm at an age where I have a lot of worries, but I'm being realistic like this.
