The agency stated, "This decision was made after a long discussion with Lim Young-woong, and we deeply sympathize with the artist's wishes," and "The format of commemorating the album will be different, but we prepared it with the hope that the emotions and sincerity contained within will bring people closer."

This album, unlike the traditional CD-only format, will feature Lim Young-woong's photos, messages, and album credits. The agency explained, "We took into consideration environmental concerns, such as the difficulty in actually enjoying the CD album and the hope that fans' support will not be a burden."
