Yanggu's grandson, singer Lim Young-woong, will release his second full-length album on the 29th of next month.
This is his first full-length album in three years since his first full-length album, and his agency, Fish Music, announced that the full-length album, "I'm Hero 2," will be produced in the form of an album book with a photo shoot. Unlike typical albums that include a CD with the music, "I'm Hero 2" will consist of Lim Young-woong's photos and messages without a CD.
Fish Music said, “After a long discussion with Lim Young-woong, we made this decision considering the difficult listening conditions for music on CDs and concerns about environmental pollution,” and “Although the format for commemorating the album may be different, we prepared it with the hope that the sincerity contained within it will bring people closer.”
Lim Young-woong said in a recent live broadcast, “I thought that I could have more fun on stage if I told the story I wanted to tell, so it took quite a while to prepare,” and “I composed it with songs from various genres, and it’s really great.”
The CD doesn't come out.
Well, these days CDs are just decoration.
