The music video for "Love Always Runs Away," released on Lim Young-woong's official YouTube channel on October 11, 2021, has surpassed 99 million views as of August 3. Despite the passage of time since its release, the song continues to gain popularity and is on the verge of entering the "100 million view club."

"Love Always Runs Away" was featured on the soundtrack of the popular KBS2 weekend drama "A Gentleman and a Lady," creating a nationwide sensation. Lim Young-woong's signature delicate and poignant vocals perfectly captured the drama's emotional arc, earning praise for its vitality surpassing the original.
