[Goyang=Newsis] Reporter Song Joo-hyun = The Gyeonggi Community Chest of Korea's Northern Business Headquarters announced on the 8th that singer Lim Young-woong's fan club, Youngwoong Era Gyeonggi Eastern Support Group, donated 10 million won to support flood damage in the Pocheon area in celebration of the singer's 9th debut anniversary.
The Youngwoongsidae Gyeonggi Dongbubang is a fan group of singer Lim Youngwoong in the Guri-si, Namyangju-si, Yangpyeong-gun, and Hanam-si regions. They prepared a 10:1 donation to celebrate the 9th anniversary of Lim Youngwoong's debut and spread positive influence.
The donations, filled with the warm hearts of the members, will be used to help those in need who suffered from heavy rain in Pocheon, Lim Young-woong's hometown.
Also, the Youngwoong Era Gyeonggi East Support Group donated food to the underprivileged in the Pocheon area in August of last year to commemorate singer Lim Youngwoong's debut anniversary.
Kim Jin-joo, the head of the Yeongung Era Gyeonggi East Support Group, said, "We decided to donate to join the positive influence of singer Lim Young-woong, who recently decided to release an album in the form of an album book without a CD and is leading the way in solving environmental problems." She added, "As a fan of the singer, I feel proud and satisfied to be able to participate in something that is beneficial to society."
They say they donated to help with flood damage.
