(Xports News Reporter Lee Jeong-beom) Lim Young-woong's Gwangju/Honam fan club donated 8.31 million won to the underprivileged in Dong-gu, Gwangju.
Recently, Lim Young-woong's fan club 'Gwangju/Honam Branch Youngwoong Era' announced that on the 23rd, they visited the Gwangju Dong-gu Office and donated 8.31 million won to commemorate the release of the singer's second full-length album.
This donation was inspired by Lim Young-woong's decision to produce his second full-length album, released after three years, without a CD for environmental reasons. The idea was to "help our neighbors instead of buying albums."
At the donation site, a banner with the phrase, “In celebration of the release of Lim Young-woong’s second full-length album, we share the love of the Heroic Era with the heart of a hero,” was hung, revealing the purpose of the donation.
Meanwhile, the 'Gwangju·Honam Branch Heroes' invited about 100 disabled people and their families who had difficulty going out to the theater to watch the 'IM HERO' stadium movie in 2023, and donated 11 million won to Chonnam National University Children's Hospital in February 2024.
