As of the 24th, Lim Young-woong's cumulative streams on Melon, Korea's largest music platform, have surpassed 12.2 billion. This represents an additional 100 million streams in just 20 days, following the 12.1 billion recorded on August 4th.
On June 18th of last year, Lim Young-woong became the first solo artist to join the "Dia Club" after surpassing 10 billion cumulative streams. Since then, his popularity has steadily risen.
Meanwhile, Lim Young-woong will release his second full-length album, 'IM HERO 2', on the 29th after 3 years and 2 months.
Ahead of the album release, he will meet fans on the 26th through the first episode of SBS's new entertainment program "Island Bachelor Hero." He will then appear on KBS 2TV's "Immortal List Reader Special" on the 30th and September 6th, showcasing a variety of performances.
