Singer Lim Young-woong's fan club has been exercising its positive influence by volunteering for the needy neighbors in the shantytown.

On the 9th, the Youngwoong Era Band (sharing group) donated 1.5 million won while carrying out the 67th side room village lunch box service at the Catholic Love Peace House in Dongja-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

The Heroes Era band said while conducting volunteer work, "Whenever we meet neighbors who spend the hot summer in their small rooms, we are grateful that we can share even just one packed lunch." They added, "Sharing is giving what is mine to others, helping someone, but sharing is for me."

He added, “People who volunteer more than eight hours a week experience a sense of psychological satisfaction that lasts for several days or even weeks, which makes them healthier in body and mind.” He also said, “Endorphins, the happiness hormone, increase three times the normal level when helping or sharing with others.”
