Singer Lim Young-woong's fan club Youngwoong Era Volunteer Sharing Group Raon conducted its 40th meal service and donated 1.83 million won at Rodum's House in Yangpyeong on October 19.

'Laon' is also providing 1.5 million won in meal expenses and various items every month to 'Rodem's House' in Yangpyeong, where severely disabled children reside, and is also providing kitchen meal service by directly preparing and providing food.

This month's meal menu included bulgogi, fried tofu, rice balls, beef and cabbage soybean paste stew, squid and vegetable pancakes, and fruit salad. Snacks (candy, cookies, milk, drinks) were also provided, along with fruits (bananas, Shine Muscat, tangerines) and 11kg of Korean beef (Yangji). The total amount of donations was 1.83 million won.

The 'Laon' side stated, "We purchased food and snacks the day before, loaded them into the car early in the morning on the day of the service, drove a long way, cooked them ourselves, distributed them in time for lunch, and cleaned up afterwards. This was done over the course of two days."

He said, “Since we do this every month, we have a lot of trouble choosing the menu. We have to avoid overlapping foods, avoid spicy foods, and make up a menu that children like. So this month, we prepared rice with fried tofu and rice balls, which was very popular, and I was very happy.”

The volunteer sharing group 'Laon' conducts volunteer work every month in difficult places that others avoid or in neglected places that cannot be reached.

For 40 months, including Rodum's House, the Jokbangchon, Yongsan Boxchon, the Seoul Children's Welfare Association, and 'People Selling Hope', they have been providing meal services and donating money to help underprivileged youth become independent, and recently, they have also been supporting seriously ill children through the 'Seoul National University Children's Hospital', and the total amount of donations has reached 131.58 million won.
