It has been reported that Park Sang-hak, head of the North Korean defectors' group Free North Korea Movement Coalition, was handed over to the prosecution on charges of distributing leaflets to North Korea containing USBs containing K-content, including Lim Young-woong's songs.

Gyeonggi Paju Police Station announced on November 12 that it had sent Park Sang-hak, head of the Free North Korea Movement Coalition, to trial without detention on charges of violating the Aviation Safety Act.

Representative Park is accused of sending 9-10 large balloons containing 300,000 leaflets, USBs, and one-dollar bills toward the North from Wollong-myeon, Paju-si on the afternoon of June 20.
