Samdasoo, whose market share has fallen to 30%, is modeled after Lim Young-woong

It has been reported that Samdasoo, which had a market share close to half in the bottled water market, has recently seen its market share fall to the 30% range.

According to the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Council on the 26th, as of August, Samdasoo's market share was 39.4% based on sales volume.

The market share of Samdasoo fell from 45.1% in 2015 to 42.8% in 2022 and 40.3% last year, eventually breaking the 40% mark. Kwangdong Pharmaceutical, which received the rights to Samdasoo from Jeju Development Corporation and distributes it to the market, has been trying to protect its market share by selecting Lim Young-woong as its advertising model this year, but it doesn't seem like it will be easy to recover.
