The Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation (Chairman Shin Hee-young), a non-profit organization specializing in pediatric cancer, announced that it received a donation of 6 million won from singer Lim Young-woong's fan club 'Heroes' Era Gwangju-Jeonnam.'
112 fans from Gwangju and Jeonnam in the Heroes Era raised 6 million won in donations to commemorate singer Lim Young-woong's recital. The donations will be used to cover the treatment costs for children with pediatric cancer and rare incurable diseases who are currently receiving treatment, as well as for the Nieber campaign.
Singer Lim Young-woong's fan club 'Heroes' Era Gwangju-Jeonnam' has been taking the lead in sponsoring children with pediatric cancer since 2020 to join Lim Young-woong's positive influence, and with this donation, the total amount of accumulated donations for 'Heroes' Era Gwangju-Jeonnam' has reached 68.2 million won.
'Heroic Age Gwangju-Jeonnam' is practicing sharing by participating in various hands-on activities such as not only providing medical expenses support, but also the Hickman Pocket Campaign, My Friend Niebuhr Doll Campaign, and Warm Mask Campaign.
A member of the 'Heroes' era Gwangju-Jeonnam' fan club who participated in the donation said, "We wanted to carry on the legacy of singer Lim Young-woong and practice joy and sharing." He added, "We will continue to work with fans who support singer Lim Young-woong to spread the joy of sharing."
