Melon, a music platform of Kakao Entertainment, has released the results of analyzing the 'playlist' data in the music drawer of users accumulated over 20 years. Music drawer is a music archive service where users can easily view service usage history such as 'Recently Listened To', 'Liked', 'My Playlist', 'Most Listened To', and 'Fan Made'.

According to Melon Data Lab analysis, the total number of playlists created by Melon users over the past 20 years was 102 million. These playlists contained a total of 12.84 million songs by approximately 1.13 million artists, and the cumulative number of times they were included was approximately 8.15 billion.
