Singer IU, Jungkook of BTS, and band Day6 were selected as the main winners of the popular music awards ceremony 'MMA2024' (Melon Music Awards 2024).
Melon, a music platform of Kakao Entertainment, released a list of its 'Top 10' artists, including these, on the 15th.
Melon combined 80% of the music charts and 20% of the member votes to select the 'Top 10' from among 30 candidates. The member vote was held from the 31st of last month to the 14th of this month.
Among solo artists, IU and Jungkook made it onto the list. Jungkook was included even during his hiatus due to military service.
