On the 20th, a video titled "[IU's Palette] Shooting Up with the 'I' Family (With IVE) Ep. 31" was uploaded to IU's YouTube channel 'I Now'.
In the released video, IU revealed, "We use the same shop, but this is our first time saying hello or talking."
IU then said, "We have a behind-the-scenes story," and added, "Originally, I wanted to invite the Ives members (to 'Palette') a long time ago. It was planned. But I would like to take this opportunity to once again apologize, sincerely." She bowed 90 degrees and apologized.
As it turned out, IU had previously canceled a recording due to a high fever. IU said, "I'm really sorry," and apologized again, saying, "It was the first time this happened to me while recording 'Palette.' I woke up on the day I was scheduled to record and I just felt like, 'This is wrong.' I had a high fever so I went straight to the hospital and canceled the recording. I'm really sorry."
