Netflix announced this on the 4th at the 'Next on Netflix 2025 Korea' held at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. It is an event to introduce the 2025 Korean and global work lineup and share the vision.

'I Was Fooled by a Bulky' is a hot drama written by Im Sang-choon, the writer of 'When the Camellia Blooms', and produced by Kim Won-seok, the producer of 'Misaeng', 'Signal', and 'My Mister'.

Unlike the usual release method of Netflix series, which releases an entire season at once, 'Cheated on You' will try a new method by releasing it in four parts on March 7, 14, 21, and 28. It is known that the series will consist of a total of 16 episodes.

Netflix Senior Director Bae Jong-byung said about this, "We also consider the most appropriate release method depending on the work," and explained, "You will be able to see it over four times throughout the month."

Director Bae said, "In the case of 'Boksak Sokkasuda', it is a four-act structure, and through discussion with the creator, we have chosen a release method that viewers can enjoy the most in line with the creative intention. 'Boksak Sokkasuda' is the same. I talked to the writer and director about the work unfolding in four acts, and that is what we did."

He added, "Not only 'Boksaek Sokkasuda' but also 'Gyeongseong Creature' and 'Money Heist', we have various types of launching patterns. We choose the method that viewers can enjoy the most according to the creative intention."

'Bok-ssak Sokkasuda' is a Netflix series that unfolds the adventurous lives of Jeju-born 'rebellious' Ae-sun and 'unstoppable' Gwan-sik over four seasons. 'Bok-ssak Sokkasuda' is a Jeju dialect that means 'Thank you for your hard work.'

IU's character, 'Ae-soon', is a 'rebellious spirit' who was born and raised in Jeju and fights against her given fate. Park Bo-gum plays 'Gwan-sik', a strong, iron-like character who expresses himself through actions rather than words, and a man who would bow down to Ae-soon. Moon So-ri and Park Hae-joon play 'Ae-soon' and 'Gwan-sik', who are now middle-aged, respectively.

PD Kim Won-seok, who appeared in the panel discussion, chose the role of 'San-gil' played by Choi Dae-hoon as his favorite character. He explained, "It's a drama without a villain, but he's a villain who isn't a villain. I want to hit his head on it."
