According to an article on the Japanese Oricon on the 5th, Ive (An Yu-jin, Ga-eul, Lay, Jang Won-young, Liz, Lee Seo)'s third Japanese album 'Be Alright' sold approximately 165,000 copies in its first week of release, ranking first on the 'Oricon Weekly Album Ranking' (as of August 11/Aggregation period: July 28 - August 3).
This figure surpasses the first-week sales of her previous Japanese second album, "ALIVE," and Ive has renewed her own highest first-week sales record with her new album. Furthermore, she has once again proven her unrivaled popularity in Japan by recording the highest first-week album sales among foreign female artists this year according to Oricon.
As expected, it's Ive. It's selling really well. Haha.
It's amazing that it even broke the record for highest first-week sales.
