'18-year-old' Jeong Dong-won, reveals his assets... the scale is huge

[TV Report=Reporter Jin Ju-young] Singer Jeong Dong-won revealed his Seoul home for the first time.

On the 22nd, a video titled "ep03. First Release! / Dongwon's Dream House" was uploaded to Jeong Dong-won's channel. In the video, he introduced his house, saying, "I've never revealed my house since I moved in, but since it's my channel, I wanted to show everything this time."

The house in the video is a luxurious apartment complex with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and even a dressing room decorated in black tones. Jeong Dong-won said, "I did the interior design when I was still in my teens, but I thought I had to look like a real man, so I decorated everything in black," and expressed his honest feelings, saying, "It's too dark now, so I kind of regret it."

Jeong Dong-won, who bought this house at the age of 16, said, "I dreamed of having my own house because I lived in poverty in the past," and "I feel even more attached to this house because it is my first house." He says that there were difficult times in the past when he had to live in a house next to a shrine, but he has been saving money for his dream since early on.

He said, "On the first day of moving, my younger sibling came up to Seoul, looked at the house, and stayed overnight. That made me really proud." He added, "I don't feel much when other people say they envy me, but I feel the most rewarded when my family says, 'You've grown up well,' and 'You've succeeded.'"

Jeong Dong-won is known to have purchased a 57-pyeong apartment complex in Hapjeong-dong, Seoul in 2023 without a loan. Singer Lim Young-woong also lives in the penthouse of this building.

Meanwhile, Jeong Dong-won, born in 2007, debuted in December 2019 with the single 'Miracle' and received much love when he appeared on TV CHOSUN's 'Tomorrow is Mr. Trot' in January 2020 and placed 5th.
