On the 11th, the company filed for a change in its stock company registration. By applying for a change in company name instead of closing down the business, the possibility of continuing the business in a new field other than entertainment management has been raised.

Mr. A, who was in charge of Kim Ho-joong, was appointed as the new internal director, and broadcaster Jeong Chan-woo, one of the company's major shareholders, is still serving as an auditor.

Regarding this, Saenggak Entertainment explained, "We decided not to continue the management business in May due to the social controversy it caused. Accordingly, the company changed its name after reaching an agreement with shareholders not to use the existing name."

He emphasized, "We changed our name to indicate that we are no longer engaged in the management business, and there is no hidden intention or trick behind this."
