On the 9th, Lee Chan-won posted a photo and a message on his official fan cafe saying, “Why did I take a photo? Guess what? I’ll bring you good news in October,” and announced his October comeback to fans first.
According to his agency, Lee Chan-won has confirmed a comeback with his second full-length album in October. Composer Jo Young-soo took charge of the entire production of the album. Singer Roy Kim, lyricist Kim Eana, Rocoberry, Lee Yu-jin, Han Gil, Five Talents, and Lee Kyu-hyung are also known to have collaborated on the album, raising expectations even higher.
Composer Cho Young-soo, Korea's leading "hit maker," has created countless hit songs for artists such as SG Wannabe, SeeYa, Davichi, Orange Caramel, and Lim Young-woong. Cho, who served as the general producer of this album, poured his heart and soul into creating a "national song" that would appeal to all generations. Ahn Young-min of Rocoberry, the hitmaker behind SG Wannabe's "Lalala" and Ailee's "I Will Go to You Like the First Snow," further enhanced the album's perfection.
Roy Kim and Kim Eana contributed lyrics. Star lyricist Kim Eana has collaborated with IU, Park Hyo-shin, and Brown Eyed Girls on numerous hit songs, and attention is focused on whether she will create another hit. Singer-songwriter Roy Kim has also contributed to the composition and lyrics for numerous artists, so expectations are high for his collaboration with Lee Chan-won.
Lee Chan-won previously met fans with his first full-length album "ONE" in 2023 and his second mini-album "Bright;Chan" in 2024. As this is his first new album in two years since his first full-length album "ONE," fans' expectations and interest are growing.
